Actually, I think these glasses are filled with candle oil and not spirits, since alcohol usually burns with a blue flame. Glasses of burning oil make a beautiful decoration. If you try to duplicate this effect be sure to use heavyweight glass to reduce the chance of the glassware cracking or shattering.
